MSN Group Services Merges with Tulsa Area-based 1St Optec to Form IT Tech Force!

January 22, 2019 – MSN Group, Inc., a regional technology field services company with its headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana has announced its merger with 1stOptec to forma new corporation, IT Tech Force (ITTF), to be headquartered in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

Since its founding in March 1995, the MSN Group has offered customized software solutions blended with field service support for the Information Technology industry. It has always been the history of the MSN Group and its mission of putting Customer Service and Customer Experience as our top priority. Over the past two decades the MSN Grouphas experienced steady growth adding various core competencies to meet our customers’ needs and to stay current with today’s technology; CCTV, Digital Media, Fiber Optics, Managed Services, and Telecommunications.

To better serve our customer and to remain focused on our customer’s needs, the two companies formed, IT Tech Force, LLC a Field Support Services Company. The MSN Group IT / Telecom Field Services team and support staff will join the offices of IT Tech Force on Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The expected completion of the transfer is April 1st and field services will be conducted under the IT Tech Force, LLC. name. IT Tech Force will continue to support business and hospitality phone systems, digital media, low voltage cabling, and CCTV Security services. The MSN Group will continue forward bring its advanced business technology and customized software solutions to the MSN Group existing customer base. Customers and vendors should expect to be contacted in late January to foster new agreements and COI’s.

We are looking forward to having stronger brick and mortar presence in Oklahoma and Texas, that will allow us to better serve our existing Louisiana and Arkansas customer base as well as bring IT Tech Force’s cutting-edge enterprise technology solutions to MSN Group’s existing customer base.
